Dovitinib: A pan-tyrosine kinase inhibitor designed to treat renal cell carcinoma. IXEMPRA: A microtubule inhibitor used in the treatment of metastatic breast cancer. LiPlaCis: A liposomal formulation of cisplatin, undergoing Phase 2 clinical trials for metastatic breast cancer. 2X-111: A liposomal formulation of doxorubicin, also in Phase 2 studies for both metastatic breast cancer and glioblastoma multiforme.
